stop encouraging censorship(reporting) on Facebook

One of the biggest problems with Facebook is the abuse of the report feature. Anyone could just report something if they don't like the post or the person posting. They're needs to be a limit on how much reporting one person can do a month to stop this problem. Encouraging people to limit free speech by reporting makes FB less enjoyable and we got to watch what we say all the time..
