Citizens of Hull Against a Dog Park

We are opposed to having a dog park at East Side park or any park in the city limits of Hull. It is a residential area, where the neighbors do not care to hear barking or fighting dogs. It will become smelly and create more work for the City Employees. They will have to mow around all the fencing, and maintain inside the dog park as well. Children use this open green space to play catch, throw a Frisbee, or kick a soccer ball. Small kids who are afraid of barking or big dogs won't want to play on the new playground equipment the city has provided. If this is city property, it is possible the city can be liable for a child or another dog that gets bit. The immediate house in the area do not want it and are concerned for their property value. The city of Hull is not large enough to support a dog park.  We feel we should not spoil our childrens park for dogs.
