CHINA - ANIMALS HAVE RIGHTS!

IT IS THE BELIEF THAT, BECAUSE ANIMALS FEEL PAIN AND FEAR JUST LIKE HUMANS DO, THEY DESERVE THE RIGHT TO THE SAME PROTECTION FROM THOSE THINGS AS HUMANS.

I just saw a picture of a dog being boiled alive. The fear and pain in his eyes was the worst thing I have ever seen.Putting a live dog, or any animal, in boiling water is not only blatantly wrong, without further explanation---but if one is necessary it is TORTURE.
The 'reason' that is given for cooking animals alive is that they simply "taste better" after their bodies are adrenaline-soaked with fear and pain. 'Taste' is never an excuse for unspeakable cruelty, nor is 'culture' an excuse.
With this kind of accepted culinary method, China AND Korea will be looked upon as backward nations by the rest of the civilized world (one foot in the 21st century and one foot in a primitive age).
Any animal placed in boiling water or cooked, while still alive, in any manner is obviously terrified, in unimaginable pain, despair and doomed to a slow and lingering death.
Animals in the food chain should, at the very least, be given the most humane death possible. Cooking dogs alive is torturing another life form. And these life forms think. They love. They get scared. And they deliberate. In other words they are sentient. And they have a central nervous system. Could you imagine what it would be like to be cooked alive? If an animal is food then it deserves respectful treatment and a very quick painless death. Torturing an animal does not improve the flavour. It simply devalues the life of the person doing the torturing. They cannot call themselves human after committing such an act of wanton hurt. Nothing on the planet should die like this! Nothing. Please stop this and make it illegal. And prosecute any and all that do such shameful things. An evolved human should have compassion and pity. And you cannot have these emotions and then do something like this
