Save the Mink Whales - There should be no loopholes to hunt whales in South Korea

  • by: Bengi Lynch

Since the fishermen has been overfishing , they have depleted fish stocks around the world, including South Korea. On 7/4/12, Wednesday, day before the International Whaling Commission meeting in Panama, South Korea said that the mink whales have been draining their fish stock so they said that they must kill them to meet the demand for the whale market. Whale oil and blubber have been used in making several items from golf balls to pharmaceuticals...

We should stop South Korea to hunt mink whales because this is just another act of greed and money hunger; not poverty!
