Justice for a dog

The Logan ounty Sherriff said there is nothing they can do for this dog the lady who took it Was told to take it back So she did and they said they cant help it until it hits stage 3 please help this puppy it need medical attention its at a stag 2 right now

Please support this effort to help achieve a second chance for this puppy. This 3 month old puppy is severely malnourished, in dire need of medical attention, and has fallen through the cracks of the legal system. This petition has been created in an effort to encourage the local authorities to re-evaluate the condition of the dog and to continue an animal cruelty investigation. Please help us get this poor puppy medical attention before it's too late!
