There has been video footage released by Mercy for Animals showing the extreme abuse and torture inflicted on pigs by workers at Christensen Farms in Minnesota. They are one of the major pork suppliers in the United States, and their largest buyer is Walmart. Adult pigs are forced to stand in a cage so small that they cannot turn around, and the babies are taken from them and are fully conscious when their tails are clipped off and the males have their testicles removed. There is footage of workers smashing the babies on the ground until they are bleeding and still alive, and workers shown punching and kicking the adult pigs. These animals are very intelligent and social and deserve to live a life that is cruelty free. Please sign my petition to end this abuse and slavery and consider boycotting Walmart as well.
