Welfare medical marijuana patients injustice

If your on welfare in California and use medical marijuana and have cancer,people are being denied treatment options because they are ingesting, not smoking, marijuana. These doctors would rather patients be on pharmaceutical, but won't pay for rehabilitation after years of taking their side effect haven pills.
