Ending abortion is necessary because it is time to stop losing precious lives to haste decisions! Children are miracles, so why do we treat them any differently, even if they aren't here yet? I recently heard a wonderful point made towards this issue, why is it that if someone takes an Eagle's egg, so killing an unborn eagle, it is a $250,000 fine and possible jail time. But we can take the lives of unborn Humans and nothing is done because it is legal. So an animals life is more precious than a human beings now? Where are our priorities America?
Not only is abortion very expensive and comes with several risk factors, it can also destroy a woman's emotions, leave her depressed and full of guilt or anger. Depending on the stage of pregancy abortions can cost anywhere from $300 to $1000's, why would women put themselves through that finacial hardship for such an upsetting outcome? The list of risk factors with abortion is a long one, but the major one that stuck out to me was the risk of future childbearing. If a young woman makes a mistake and decides to abort the baby because of this mistake it could ruin her chances of ever having a family in the future when she is ready for one. Why do we let women put themselves in these situations? The last thing I wanted to discuss was the emtional state that abortion leaves a vast majority of women in. They are left remorseful and full of self-disgust. They often felt as though they were pressured into making this decision and wish that they could take it back. Women face depression or anger issues over the choice that they made. I honestly don't believe that there isn't a woman who doesn't feel even the slightest bit of remorse, they may say they don't, they may even lie to themselves and say they don't feel sorry for the choice that they have made, but as a mother there is an attachment/bond made, even before the baby is born, and to not feel anything when you lose that bond is absurd. But why let these women go through any of this? We can end abortion, make it illegal again like it once was!
