Free spay and neuter clinics

We the undersigned ask you offer and support free spay and neuter clinics across America to stop the breeding of cats and dogs unless the breed is endangered. or very rare. This will mean more pets in responsible homes, less pets in shelters, and less that get euthanized every year. As the president, we know you have the means to do this, and if you decide to, we will be thrilled, and people that cannot afford to spay/neuter their cats/dogs will be also.
