Today animal-murderer and torturer Michael Vick was reinstated by the NFL. He made millions torturing (and often killing dogs that could no longer fight). He only served two years and now the NFL has reinstated him. No person in his/her right mind can support an organization that would allow the most hideous-type of criminal into their organization. Even if you have, in the past, (like us) supported The NFL, please consider UN-supporting it, encourage friends, corporations, advertisers and others to do the same until they come to the senses. On an offnote, the predictable gratuitious photo-op of Michael's release from prison shows him gently holding a small puppy. This is not a "hate Michael Vick" site. He did the crime, paid his dues, but to put him back into a position, in which children watch to find role models in unnacceptable and innapropriate. Let him start over in life like everyone else does who is released from prison and wants to contribute to society, not reward him for his unspeakable crimes; and at the same time show children a "very wrong type of role model". . PLEASE SIGN THIS TODAY FOR THIS VERY IMPORTANT CAUSE. THE NFL IS NOT LISTENING. MAYBE THEY WILL WHEN IT HITS THEM WHERE IT HURTS. THE POCKETBOOK. Though the NFL is guilty of a terrible lapse in judgement by reinstating Michael Vick, we have to applaud the teams who did the right thing, and strictly by boycotting the NFL also harms the people who did the right thing. Therefore, we feel a better way is to boycott those who directly sponsor the Philadelphia Eagles. We will surely know who that is during football season, but if someone has that information please advise (with references so that we can verify and post).
