We MUST put an END to high speed police chases

Just read once again that a high speed Police chase ended in an horrific crash ,in this day and age of instant contact, cameras everywhere, and most Police Departments having many crusers at their beckon call, there is no need to endanger innocent bystanders ,other cars on the roads minding their own business. SOLUTION Get plate #s, set up lookouts, maybe inform the public like they do with AMBER ALERTS maybe call them BLUE ALERTS , spread out crusers in the areas where needed including unmarked .
