Assigned Parking Spaces for Townhouse Occupants

To Whom It May Concern:
Several of the occupants of the townhouses have been coming home to no parking spaces. This has become a big issue for us people are coming from the home that have not only garages but drive ways as well. Also some cars are being parked in front of our home for several days. this is not fair to us as we are paying for our homes just as they are. It causes some of us to block in one of our cars in just so we don't have to walk a mile once we get home. One homeowner explained to me that someone parked in front of his home for almost a month, this is ridiculous. Could you imagine coming home from a long day at work and not being able to park in front of you door?
If there is any way that each home could have 2 assigned spaces with there house number on the ground, some spaces would be allotted for visitor whatever spaces are left once the spaces have been given to the occupants? Visitor parking should be no longer than 7 days in the space. The spaces in front of the mail box could all be visitors parking spaces. We would appreciate some feed back on this issue as soon as possible.
