don't say 100%free when not really free

Help to stop cocompanies from saying 100% free when not really free when you have to complete one each from 3 different tiger levels example silver, platinum, gold and they are not free so go and enter all information because they say its free to find out at the end you have to complete one from each tier(1 gold, 1 silver, 1 platinum)these are not free!!!
