Ice hockey rink in Washington Pennsylvania

Washington Pennsylvania is a great town. But there isn't very much to do after getting off work or school. Imagine if we had a Hockey rink? Not having to travel all the way to the Iceoplex to skate, and local schools could practice there, I personally feel as if this will be a great contribution to our city and the people in it. We could also start a local league, much like the Wild Things.
