Stop puppy mills

Everyone should sign this petition because animals need our help.  These poor babies don't ever have a life outside the cage.  They should be allowed to be in homes, to be loved and cared for.  Please tell the Governors of each state in this great nation to close up all puppy mills in their respective states.
