We support Somerville Community Access TV and Boston Free Radio

We are deeply concerned by reports that the City of Somerville is seeking to force the Somerville Media Center to leave their historic headquarters in the historic Old Fire House at 90 Union Square in Somerville and move into commercial rented space.

We support the Somerville Media Center which houses Somerville Community Access TV, Somerville Neighborhood News, and Boston Free Radio and we sincerely urge the Honorable Mayor of Somerville, the Somerville City Council, and other interested parties to ensure that the City of Somerville will continue to provide excellent city-owned space and facilities rent-free and cost-free to the Somerville Media Center and its associated media organization and activities.
