Bring Phia Pellé to Lafayette square

Phia Pellé is a professional service oriented day spa here in Saint Louis. I am currently looking to relocate to Lafayette square but have to fight some zoning issues to get there. The building is made to be commercial and has never been anything but that, however it is located on a residential block and all new business must go through this process. I plan to be quiet and courteous and show nothing but respect to near by residents. This establishment being an appointment only based day spa will have little to no impact in terms of noise, activity, and parking to surroundings neighbors.
