Residents demand immediate repair or replacement of treadmills in the Renaissance Park gym

There are four treadmills in the Renaissance Park Gym and more often than not, only one or two are operational. Whenever there is a repair, they go bad within a week or two. HOA due paying residents are coming to this gym and are unable to use the entire facility that they pay for.

These treadmills need to be repaired promptly and closely monitored on an ongoing basis so that there is a fast turnaround time when they do go down.
