Make First aid a law for parents

So many children lose their lives due to their parents not knowing first aid. First Responders are not always able to get to a situation fast enough. Let's help each other and the children to bring down the percentage of children casualties by making first aid a requirement when having a child. If hospitals make sure you have a car seat inspected before you can leave the hospital they need to also make sure that you have first aid experience as well.
