Ouran Highschool Host Clun Season 2

So OHSHC was a manga and anime series, it had 83 chapters and was fairly popular. Many people loved it and started making petitions, but after a prank went viral about season 2, everyone lost hope.
I know that petitions won't always work. Especially when it comes to things like anime made in Japan. When it comes to producing this stuff, they focus on the favoritism of Japan citizens.
I also feel that this may be able to restore some hope to OHSHC fans.
