Nationwide Missing Persons Form Template for Missing Persons Intake Forms Hard Copy For Flyers & Online Posting

I am an Missing & Murdered Persons Advocate, Page Editor and Field Coordinator for the last 5-6 yrs. I have noticed that when MANY Missing Person Flyers & Posts are done online that many are MISSING the Vital Information that is needed to help find their love one. This can be Name, Age, Location w/ City, State and/or Country, Area of Disappearance, What Last Wearing (If Known), Height, Weight, Hair Color, Eye Color, Nationality and details of their Disappearance. Some put Knicknames, First Names, No Names only our Daughter or Son. To help All Missing Persons Businesses, Organizations, Online Organizations & Groups, Pages and Social Media Sites/Apps to help expedite and speed up the process of getting the Flyers/Postings setup, built and formatted into both Hard Copy and Online Copy it would help to have an agreed Form Format for All Missing Organizations, Police Departments, FBI, Social Media Missing Groups, Search Teams, etc so that nothing is missing and NO time is lost in trying to get the information out to the Public of the areas where the Missing Person(s) were last seen. Myself & our Admin Team Members have had to wait to post a Missing Persons Photo & Information because of a lack of information that was initially given, set up and posted. I realize that when a person goes Missing things get Chaotic but if FULL information is not given there is too much room for error by Names being Incorrectly spelled or Locations incorrect Cities or States because these are having to be researched by the person posting. If there are MULTIPLE cities, counties etc with a certian name that delays it even further. Quite often the families of the Missing are not even on Social Media or may not have prepared the Flyers or Templates for online and the information is not correct or lacking. I am proposing a Nationally Approved Missing Persons Template be established between All Law Enforcement Agencies, Government Agencies, Missing Persons Businesses/Organizations, Charities, Social Media Groups/Pages, Private Investigators, Search Teams and all other entities and persons. This way ALL the Information can be given and input at one time with Clear Photos that show their face fully and with no issues with Photos of the person who is Missing. This can be done properly, effectively and correctly the moment that a person goes Missing. This information can then be put into Flyers and Printed or uploaded to Internet Based Form Format that is Nationally Universal and there is no delays of 24 hours up to several days before a Missing Persons Flyer or Post can be created, published, printed etc. I also propose this be done by creating a Nationally Organized Event where those from Law Enforcement, Government, All Missing Persons Organizations, Charities, etc can send designated persons to meet in a Universal Forum to sit down and create the various Templates needed for different types of Missing Cases such as Kidnapping/Abduction including Non-Custodial Kidnapping & Abduction, Human Trafficking of Children, Teens, Young Adults or Adults and other cases with the Nationally Universal and Approved Format and to discuss the Worldwide Approved Version of these Forms/Formats for Missing Persons cases outside the United States but for those that are United States Citizens or Documented Residents.
