PUPPY LEFT IN HOT TRUCK! SHAME ON CAESAR'S PALACE!

This morning, volunteers with Nevada Voters For Animals responded to a concern about a PUPPY left in the bed of a truck which was valeted at Caesar's Palace. The puppy was wrapped in a tarp in the bed of the truck with no water. One witness said the puppy was panting and another heard the puppy wailing in distress. We were threatened with arrest after we were all "trespassed" off the property. Instead of working WITH US to ensure the safety and welfare of the puppy, they chose to threaten and intimidate us. SHAME ON CAESAR'S PALACE. We are asking that animal lovers BOYCOTT Caesars Palace until such time as they Apologize for the treatment of the animal welfare advocates, lift the trespass order, and agree to Retrain their employees on the proper way to handle a pet in distress and/or a pet in a hot car. They are supposed to be a "pet friendly" property, after all.

Nevada Voters For Animals was able to get Clark County Animal Control to the scene and we understand the puppy was taken by Animal Control. Several of the employees were very nice and tried to help the puppy but Caesar's Security ruined any good will by making threats.

A video of security "trespassing" the volunteers can be found on the Nevada Voters For Animals facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/NevadaVoters4Animals We will also be posting photos, statements and updates regarding this very unfortunate situation.

Here is a link to puppy's picture (we believe) at the high kill shelter in Las Vegas. http://www.petharbor.com/pet.asp?uaid=LSVG.A800512

Here is the video of us being trespassed after we got animal control to show up and we had requested to speak to the heads of valet and security about how the situation was handled.  We were told they were on the way and instead we trespassed and threatened with arrest. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YIKs6n5w3I4#t=13
