Stop Rezoning for Apartment Dwellings: Alfred Harrell Highway Site Plan: 22-0326

We, the undersigned residents of Northeast Bakersfield, are deeply concerned about the proposed rezoning of our neighborhood to allow for the construction of apartment dwellings. We believe that this change will have detrimental effects on our community and strongly oppose it.
