Praying to a Power greater than Ourselves

June 25th 1962 the US. Supreme court decided by the New York Board of Regents that prayer in schools violated the first amendment. The media /popular cultured decided prayer should be removed from public schools across the United States. American Civil Liberties union joined together with the American Jewish committee and Synagogue of council to sort to remove prayer from schools.
Since than crime has risen 350%. Young teenage pregnancy increased 187%, violent crimes increased 544%, Single parents 140%. And the list of sorrow / self destruction continues to rise. The answer today is to allow prayer to be spoken in school, allow our children to know that there is a power greater than ourselves. A power of knowledge of God and his mighty love for all his children. Together we can join forces and let than no the imperatives of seeking the power of God.

Mark 11:24 Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.
