Requisitioning a Meeting of Owners

On January the 14th of 2015 an election was held for three positions on the Board of Directors. Some of the proxies gathered were not obtained morally. Therefore, I am requisitioning a meeting to be held within the next 35 days of submitting this petition to management. We would like Joe Mele to be removed from the Board of Directors.
