Tell President Obama to Improve Forest Planning Rule

The Obama administration is nearing completion of a new Forest Planning Rule, which governs every planning decision made on national forests for decades to come.

That includes:

-when and where logging is allowed
-how recreational opportunities are provided
-how water and wildlife are to be protected

The administration’s proposed rule threatens forests by:
-decreasing protective measures for wildlife
-jeopardizing drinking water supplies.

Ask President Obama to make a changes that protect clean water and healthy wildlife.
