MEADOW PARK HOMEOWNERS ON CAPTAIN NURSE CIRCLE, NOVATO, CA UNITE

Captain Nurse Circle, Novato, CA was an affordable housing project that made it possible for people to buy a lovely, brand new home in Marin County. Resale restrictions and HOA dues still make most of us feel Blessed to be able to "own" a home in a county where it might never have been possible.

Unfortunatley, it seems that a person on our street started negative website a year or so ago, that has done nothing but attack the HOA, landscape companies, the plants, her neighbors, foster kids, mentally challenged and their assistants, renters, those that are in financial distress calling them "deadbeat"... so mean.

Please stop your ugly, ranting, unneighborly behavior - please stop harrassing and making other peoples business your focus... if you dont like it here LADY, then please LEAVE.

Change begins with self. Thought, Word, Action. TRUE Healers live this, true Healers guide and create change with patience, compassion, communication with respect and with knowledge of personal boundries (in other words,  know when to mind your own business)!

Julie "Angel" manifests her inner turmoils and fears, all so glaringly obvious that they HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH CAPTAIN NURSE CIRCLE, THE HOA OR ANY NEIGHBOR, but we are putting up with it and allowing her to continue spewing her personal pain all over the rest of us as she blows through our streets, a whirlwind of negativity.

Today I spoke to several persons, some of them in managment and others my neighbors, its quite clear and agreed to make change we must unite, we must start sharing our stories, our encounters with this individual, by ignoring her it she is escalating, sneaking around our back doors with a camera, agressively engaging with neighbors as she tapes her advertisemnt of negaitivity on our mailboxes, threatening woman and children... we have ignored her and she is getting louder and uglier, some even voiced fear that she could ultimately be of danger to those she obsesses about.

This person Julie "Angel" is nobodys champion. Please sign this petition, share your encounters, the good the bad and the ugly.

Please sign this petition, let's unite to create positive change in our neighborhood and address face on negtive forces. Let's create a caring community, lets support each other, lets communicate with respect not insults and meaness. Perhaps by sharing here on this site we can paint a picture for Julie Angel so that she might realize how her unneighborly, rude and abusive behavior affects those around her, that her behvior and methods in an effort to expose or to bring about change are scary and mean and definatley not actions that will bring positive change.

If nothing else by signing this petition, documenting our encounters and/or feelings, by exposing it, we can start to address this person, head on, as a united front in the hope that together we can disuade her from the serious path of destruction (both of the community and self), which she is seemingly hellbent on... perhaps Jule will get some clarity around the fact that her actions have created unloving and unhealing stress, gosip, loathing, discomfort in the neighborhood, resulting in fear and restraining orders.  Let's paint the picture so if nothing else, we will be making a record of a bizarre neighbordhood situation that has the potential outcome, if ignored to in or explode.
