Getting Clearer Labels From Food Processers

40% of America's food goes to waist that is still perfectly safe to eat, and it still tastes amazing. The FDA with the exception of baby food, is not required to put dates on food, some states don't even put an expiration date on their groceries. There are better ways to tell if food is expired. Signs of food spoilage are change in taste, texture, and color, with the exception of cheese and milk. They have been pasteurized, which means harmful bacteria was removed before it was even put on the shelves, so it's safe to drink unless it's been in heat. And as we waste all of this food, many people die of starvation.
