Due to some kids vaping in the bathrooms, bathrooms were shut down at Westlake High School, which ultimately caused more harm than benefits. A few student's poor decision should not have to disrupt basic human rights. We find that restricting the boy's to only having one bathroom is disruptive of the education system. Since the men at Westlake can only use one bathroom, we have been pressured to use precious class time in order to use the bathroom without being overcrowded. This causes tardies to classes as well as making people suffer from their need to excrete bodily fluids is delayed, causing a painful experience. By Signing this petition, it would drastically change the concentration of boys squeezing into a tiny restroom full of agitated students.
