VTU IS FULLY CORRUPTED

Respectively i written exams of 3rd semester in 2016-17 DEC/JAN and results came i have failed in 1 subjects. Fluid mechanics(15CV33) & I applied for revaluation and photo copy and after 20 days photo copy came to my given mail adress and i was shocked ... Because VALUATOR gave me zero out of 80 marks (0/80) this shows how valuation process done and the revaluation results are also out and showed as Fail and revaluation results announced in PDF file dont know they revaluated the paper or not may be some of papers are seleceted and they may valuataed and Results are announced during exam how can a student read and write exam within 1 days of exams ... and i gone through the principal with PHOTOCOPY and i wrote a letter to VTU attached with photocopy and there is no response from VTU.....This is how education system is going in India...... #SHUTDOWNVTU
