Demanding all rights reinstated after one felony conviction for non violent re offenders

I am a one time convicted felon that wants my rights reinstated after serving my time and paying my fines. Having a felony on your record make's it hard to get job and a place to live. I believe that after our time is served all money is paid as in fines and restitution and any other fee's. I believe every non violent offender deserves a second chance. I want to have rights reinstated after all legal requirements have been successfully completed. As long as the individual has maintained themselves as a productive member of society. This being done without having to pay more money. The felony will no longer show up on background checks giving individuals a much deserved second chance.
