We, the people, are joining together to voice our disapproval for a policy adopted by the
Bass Pro Shops in the State of Illinois that seek to prohibit out-of-state residents from exercising their second amendment right by refusing to sell handgun ammunition to anyone outside the State of Illinois who is not in possession of a FOID card.
The Illinois Law clearly states that Bass Pro Shops would not be violating any law by selling handgun ammunition to non-residents of Illinois provided certain circumstances are met which are laid out in the

HERE We join as one voice to state we will cease using Bass Pro Shops, nation wide, as our provider of outdoor equipment and sporting goods from this day forward, until Bass Pro Shops eliminates this handgun ammunition sale policy and reviews the laws in every state which they do business to make sure their company policies unequivocally back the best lawful interests of their customers, and other gun owners nationwide.
The 2nd Amendment means everything to us, and that we believe it means a lot to them, but we expect them to do their homework and not erect pointless policies that prohibit the exercise of the right, in any way shape or form, unless otherwise mandated by law!
