Demand That Puppy Mills Are Made Illegal!

I, Elaina Gugliotta petition the United States to make puppy mills illegal.
Puppy mills are cruel breeding farms that barely make the basic dog requirements. The laws are outrageously bare minimum and the dogs are suffering with no exercise, vet care, unsanitary conditions, dirty food, water and much more. These puppies are often sold in pet stores and online. These puppies can have defects, and behavioral issues down the road. No living creature should live like this. I hope, if you have a heart, you will join me and be an advocate for these puppies by signing and sharing this petition. For these reasons, I demand that puppy mills are made illegal!

Hi everyone. Thank you to everyone who has signed my petition. I thought 1000 would be a good goal but I see now I have set my hopes too high. I ask that you share this petition to others so these dogs get the good lives they deserve. Please don't ignore this. You can make a change. I can't express this enough: every signature counts! I am grateful for every single one! The dogs are too! Please don't sit and wait for someone to make a change, make it yourself. We can do it together!
