Justice for abused dogs!

Chris Grant,21 years old, beat his girlfriends 12-pound Pomeranian-Chihuahua named Chuvi-Duvi, in an elevator! There are many other stories about dogs being abused and or justice system lets the abusers walk back on the streets! im outraged!
"We the undersigned". i have recognized, that the justice system has gave a $100 bail to chris grant. His disgraceful act in the elevator should be evaluated. He beat this dog rapidly. Please look into this investigation!
We need justice in America, but how can we when we let sick and violent people back on the streets!
