Dear North Carolina State Senator Phil Berger, Representatives Bryan R. Holloway and Bert Jones,

We the Internet Petition signers request that a bill be introduced in the proper committee in the states general assembly that will Nullify the NDAA similar to the Virginia bill HB1160 which prohibits any members of the Virginia Defense Force, Virginia National Guard, and any agencies within the state of Virginia from engaging in secret indefinite detention and torture which is Unconstitutional in both the U.S. Constitution and the NC State Constitution.

This Internet Petition is an extension of my paper petition which will also give even more public support to any of you who wish to get this bill introduced.
