Food Banks began all the way back in 1967. They are Non-Profit and provide for many affiliates such as food pantries, food shelves, food kitchens, homeless shelters and more. From then until now had we ever had an issue with the way they have been supplied and maintained.They provide all foods including kosher meat and pork as well as pork products. All over the social media and the news Muslim's are petitioning to raise $150,000 to start their change of not providing meat substance and pork as well as pork products in all food banks and affiliates, as well as changing the food stamp policies to meet their religion ritual requirements. If raised and approved how much more will it cost to sustain it?! It will only cost & hurt the working class people. Lets not let them take from our families when nothing is wrong with the system now! They have already sent a request for change to the County's Commissioners office in Hennepin County, which was rejected and ignored for review. I would like to see all requests of the same ignored and rejected in all Counties. Lets not change a system that isn't broken! I need your help in this. Please sign and share.
