NO Pit Bulls on Neighborhood

We have an aggressive Pit Bull residing at 2608 Elisa Dr. E. which killed my cat of 14 years in my yard on April 24. This dog crawled over 4 chain link fences to get to my yard and hunted my cat in my carport.
