Not Enough Animal Shelter"s

There arent enough animal shelters in the city and animals are putting to death unnecessary we must fight to stop this ! City Hall should build more animal shelters to ensure that animals have the chance to live and be adopted. As a result of lack of not enough animal shelters, more stray dogs an cats are being destroyed or put in the street. futhermore when dogs and cats liveon the street, eating from trash cans, it is not only detrimental to animal's health but it also makes it dangerous for people who come across them while walking around, especially at night. also, stray cats routinely make a mess out of garbage containers and dumpters.
