Save the Coral Reefs with Biodegradable Sunscreen!

Theres is no doubt that the coral reefs, around the world, are dying due to many factors including things like acidification of the oceans and global warming. These factors are wide scale and hard to change or make a difference enough to save the coral reefs. Sunscreen, however is also a pretty big factor to why the reefs are dying. Tourism is heavy in and around coral reefs in Florida and its estimated that 4,000-6,000 tons of sunscreens comes off in the water, a lot of which settles on the coral reefs and eventually hurts them. Its our job to petition to get national parks in florida to require the use of biodegradable sunscreen. Sunscreen made of all natural ingredients that wont harm the coral.
