As Cheshire Bridge Rd continues to improve with new aesthetics and new development the previous reputation inhibits growth and values. I say it's time for a rebranding. As money pours into this area and new development increases those feeling the effects of a simple street name should rise up and help change the reputation of this corridor. It would not only infuse more development but make more potential renters, owners, developers and investors take note that the city recognizes such change. Cheshire Bridge Rd has been known previously for its seedy underbelly. While gay bars still maintain a presence t would be great for local tourism to have a distinct yet upgraded venue similar to the Castro District in San Fran. The area could continue to morph while business owners, home owners and investors benefit from the rebranding.
