I Feel that in Pennsylvania that there is not a long enough jail time for child molesters. They are put back on the streets with time served or house arrest.... How is that protecting our children? Help me fight to protect our children!

  Feel that in Pennsylvania that there is not a long enough jail time for child molesters. They are put back on the streets with time served or house arrest.... How is that protecting our children? Its putting them at risk. There are several predators put back on the street that redo sexual offenses again and maybe worse. Please help us and protect the children.
