Legalize Marijuana

We need to legalize the use of marijuana. I think the use of marijuana should be legal because the government is raising our personal taxes when in all reality all the would have to do is place marijuana on the market  and they could tax it. Plus, they could make it illegal to sell on the street and enforce that rather than wasting time on the petty "little people" and that would free up some jails, make them some money, lower our taxes, and everyone would be happy.
