A net is a simple solution

golfers on this course have and continue to wrongfully hit there golf balls into the yards of those living around the golf course. These balls have hit people in their yards, just missed small children playing in their yards and continue to hit and damage the exterior of the homes and cars parked in driveways.

It has and continues to be a private nuisance.

This is a small 9 hole course and a net around all or part of the course would prevent these ball intrusions on our yards, property and persons.

Nowata Country Club continues to deny any liability and show no proof of insurance.
