Mysterious Bald Eagle Deaths

"Unfortunately, the number of unexpected bald eagle deaths in Utah grew by staggering numbers this month, as state wildlife officials looked for probable links to diseases thought to coincide with the decline of thousands of birds throughout the Great Salt Lake. Throughout the month, wildlife experts have started finding a large number of bald eagles that are crippled or dying from unexplained illnesses.

Researchers are trying to find out what is causing the deaths of thousands of bald eagles around the Great Salt Lake. Ask the Governor of Utah to help the by allocating more funds to scientists so they can conduct further investigations."
