I even believe that science can derive clean energy from coal but that research should be conducted while current forms of coal energy use be phased out. Apartment buildings can be used to fuel smaller homes in their neighborhoods, cars even right now can run on vegtable fuel with diesel engines or electric. Enough is enough we must say no to harmful emmissions.

We the undersigned demand the US Congress make all carbon fossil fuel emissions illegal in the United States 20 years from the enactment. These emissions have been proven to cause global warming and the clock is running out as the globe's ice melts. The technology exsists for clean energy, what lacks is the enforcement and the will to make harmful energy sources illegal.
