End right of consent for Lie Detector test when law is breached.

I have recently watched a documentary called conviction regarding Glyn Razzel who was jailed because of his wife. I think it is not morally right for police to not find out whether the individual actually commited the crime. It will be fair to find out whether an individual commited a crime and all questioning suspects intentions at the time. I strongly suggest that lie detector test should be made compulsory if the law has been breached.

Giving the criminal opportunities to say yes or no to a lie detector test is not just and manipulating. Another advantage is that less time will be wasted on the case and at lot of information will be gained to solve the case which results to an increase of cases being resolved. I would like more accurate justice and hoping their will be less crime it will be easier to catch out criminals.

Lie detectors are held under professional terms and are not based on one test, this will avoid wrongedul imprisonment. Believing words from suspect can be doubtful, dishonest and time wasting. There TV programs like the Jeremy Kyle show which carries our regular trusted tests.

Why not use lie detector to solve crimes and other issues?

Refusing tests can be doubtful but it's the human rights of an individual to find out what happened to their loved one, their house and jail the right individual.

What happens to human rights when you are a innocent victim of crime?

I have attached a link below of how a lie detector works explained by a well know TV programme  called Jeremy Kyle shows how  carries out lie detector tests on a regular basis based on a different topics. Most lie detectors are accurate.
