Use of the "Crabby Place" area of Menemsha Beach

The town of Chilmark is trying to ban the use of the "crabby area" or Mensmsha beach to swimmers and family use.

The Harbormaster has recommeneded to the Selectman that the crabby area remain closed to swimmers. Even though the wiring problem which is why it was closed recently  has been fixed.
