Encourage Florida not to give George Zimmerman his guns back!

Please sign and share this petition everywhere -- we need to let the state of Florida know that a repeat offender like Zimmerman should not have access to dangerous weapons!

What on earth is going on is going on with our justice system? All the records and publicity over the past couple years have shown that this man can't be trusted with guns. First, he claims self-defense in the shooting of an unarmed teen. Then multiple arrests for domestic violence against multiple women, including his ex-wife and current girlfriend, who both dropped the charges --maybe because an angry ex armed to the teeth is intimidating! Are the authorities waiting for him to kill another person before they take all of these charges and accusations seriously?

One of the conditions of his aggravated assault was for Florida to suspend his right to a concealed license but with the charges dropped, he can petition to get his guns back. Even though the state isn't going to pursue charges against Zimmerman, that doesn't mean he's not dangerous and unstable. He has a documented record of assaulting and threatening people at gunpoint. Should this kind of person really be able to own an AR-15 assault rifle, Keltec shotgun, and three handguns? You can be sure his practices will continue until someone else is shot and killed. Then maybe the state will do something; too little too late!
