Frank Szabo, a Republican candidate for sheriff in Hillsborough County in New Hampshire, said that he would use "deadly force" to stop a woman from having an abortion if he had to.
He said if someone is in danger, a "full grown human being", that the sheriff is expected to do everything in their power to prevent that person from being hurt. According to Szabo, there is no difference between someone who is an adult and someone who is in the womb.
Previously, Szabo also said that he would arrest anyone who is performing an abortion, "because it's murder".
Please tell Frank Szabo not to use deadly force to stop abortions!
Dear Frank Szabo,
You recently said that you would use deadly force against a woman who was trying to terminate her pregnancy if you had to. You also said that you would arrest anybody performing an abortion because you don't think there's a difference between an adult and someone in the womb, and that abortion is murder.
It is virtually impossible to compare a grown human being to a fetus. A woman has a right to make choices about her own body.
Please do not use deadly force to stop abortions.
