Illinois Drill Team Association (I.D.T.A)

I would like to petition Illinois Drill Team Association (I.D.T.A) to allow soloist dancers compete with them, even if they are not associated with a High School. This would allow Home Schooled dancers to compete with Illinois Drill Team Association (I.D.T.A). I think it is unfair, and prejudice against all home schoolers that they do not allow this for the reason they do not I my self could not dance my senor year.
